Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub; downstairs (accessible by an external staircase), there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It combines proximity to the most famous vacation spots on the Tyrrhenian coast, to the tranquility of life in the countryside. The house consists of: double bedroom, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. Outside there is exclusive space and many other common spaces. The house is 4 km from Formia and Gaeta, 20 km from Sperlonga and 3 km from Itri. The station is 2 km away and you can comfortably visit Rome or Naples.

Grandma’s Sweet Refuge

The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
