Our staff is entirely made up of people who grew up between the sea and the mountains of this beautiful land. The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

Newly refurbished studio apartment in a historic and traditional Nice building built in 1834 where the famous French artist Henri Matisse lived and painted several masterpieces such as The Bay of Nice in 1918. There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

A classy accommodation renovated in mid-2022 with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.
