When you step out the door, you are directly between the terraces and shops, walk about 100m further and you will be at the Pikmeer where you will find opportunities to rent a (sail)boat. After a nice day in the area, plop down on the sofa or outside in the sheltered and sunny south-facing garden. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

Great and spacious chalet (40m2) furnished for families of up to 3 kids. We are a family of 4 (girl of 6 and 4 years old) who likes to share their lovely quiet place with other young families and/or couples. The grounds where the chalet is located, the Koggeplaet is a nice and small-scale park whose marina is located directly on the largest lakes of Friesland: the Fluessen and the Heegermeer. Kom tot rust in een oase van groen van voorjaar tot begin najaar, een prachtig warm herfstgevoel wanneer de bomen van kleur veranderen of de knusheid opzoeken in de wintermaanden. In de prachtige omgeving zijn veel plekken te bezoeken. Giethoorn, vestingstad Steenwijk en de Havelterheide. Verder zijn er drie nationale parken in de buurt, NP Weerribben Wieden, het Drents Friese Wold en het Dwingelderveld.
