The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, 20 minutes walk to the historic center and 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with walk-in closet), a living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a large bathroom, complete with bathroom with second sink and washing machine.
