Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

This stylish place to stay is particularly suitable for singles and couples who want to find strength and tranquility in nature. Here you are connected to the forest and the local wildlife. Just 10 minutes away is the Felsenmeer and the Heinrichshöhle (Wikipedia). A must for hikers and local researchers. The Sauerlandpark is easily accessible on foot. It offers a wide variety of attractions throughout the year. Be sure to read the program!

Tiny house on two floors

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.
