Die großzügige Unterkunft ist geeignet für Familien, Freunde oder auch Paare. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, den Wald und den Golfplatz (mit öffentlichem Restaurant) erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Der Ruhrradweg führt durch Neheim-Hüsten, somit auch für Radfahrer als Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet. Es gibt per Auto rundherum innerhalb einer halben Stunde viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. die Sorpe- und Möhnetalsperre, die Altstadt Arnsberg und auch die historische Stadt Soest.

It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Our accommodation can easily accommodate up to four people. Enjoy the idyll on our property as well as in the renovated apartment on the first floor. In addition to two bedrooms, it offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, one and a half bathrooms and a terrace. By arrangement, it is also possible to use the basement bar.
