Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Rural refuge for cyclists in the lovely Taubert Valley Former farm that has been renovated for 25 years. The spacious apartment on the ground floor (70sqm) is completely renovated and has a very special appearance due to the combination of old and new. It is ideal for raising your feet after a bike ride. On the small terrace overlooking the flowers and vegetable garden you can enjoy the atmosphere or end the day in the evening in front of the cozy wood stove.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
