The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Our new building in Sommerach offers self-catering guests a fully equipped kitchen including A table with chairs is available indoors and outdoors on the terrace. The 160 cm wide cozy double bed ensures a pleasant night's rest. The old town is a 5-minute walk away.
