Knoxville's BEST! Secluded acreage! Close to town!

This house is just west of Knoxville on a quiet hard surfaced road set on 3 acres. The entire home was remodeled in '22 with all new furniture! It will sleep 10 comfortably, possibly 12. It has a full kitchen and there are washer and dryer in basement. All linens are included. There is free unlimited WIFI and 2 smart TVs so bring your Netflix etc. passwords with you. There is ample parking and a spot to park a boat. Just not enough room for big trailers. Once you see it, you will stay again!

This beautiful home away from home is perfectly located in the heart of Centerville. Things to do while you’re in town all within 1-3 miles. The Largest square in Iowa is located 1 mile from the house. Lots of beautiful shops. Movie theater, Bowling alley, museum, eateries, Tangleberries(cafe), grocery stores, Wal-mart, Pub/bars & etc Kid friendly as well, play structure within 2 blocks, Basketball courts, soccer fields, tracks and beautiful trails to explore & etc. Adventure Awaits!!!😊

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Rail Explorers, Boone Scenic Valley RR, Seven Oaks Recreation Area, and Des Moines River Valley. Take a train ride, ride the Rail Explorers, kayak down the Des Moines River or visit the Ledges. Includes separate entrance and spacious living quarters. Has pool table, bar, and kitchenette area. Two comfortable separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have dwarf Nigerian goats that love treats, and horses and ponies that love attention.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A beautiful 1800-year-old warehouse turned into living space. On the main square walking distance to everything. Grocery store is right next-door. Everything is provided except food in our Airbnb. Very quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no indoor smoking or vaping or parties. Would prefer that you do eat at the table or bar and not on the furniture.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in the Treehouse cabin. This place is beautiful year round. Winter weather is no problem with a 5,000 watt heater. Open the windows in the summer and enjoy a cool breeze or crank the a/c and relax. The possibilities are endless with this relaxing stay!
