Bohemian Firehouse-an authentic 1916 Firehouse

The Bohemian Firehouse was the living quarters for the men stationed there when it was built in 1916. It sits above a retail space which housed the firetruck. The charming brick building is in near original condition, despite surviving a major flood and a derecho. You'll love the gorgeous woodwork, vintage tile and light fixtures. But you'll appreciate some modern touches like air conditioning, an updated kitchen and smart tv. Still, it's easy to imagine the stories these walls could tell.

The Heart House in NewBo

"The best Airbnb stateside!" according to one guest review. Just one block from NewBo Market in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, this sparkling clean, cozy and eclectic space is the upper apartment of an 1890s era home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored (in a way that charms everyone) to include a first floor shop and a second floor apartment. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub with rainfall showerhead.

Unique "Little Italy" Apartment

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. The Irish Hill - Uptown Marion, Big yard for pets!

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!

Acquaint bed and bath

My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes! Just let me know in advance so I can give you a key! We share parking in the drive and also have on the street parking.

You are looking at a fully restored lower level 1,200sq ft apartment in the heart of downtown LeClaire.
