Please keep in mind, this is a second story suite. There is 1 flight of stairs. Paws & Relax Guest Suite is located a block and a half up from beautiful historic downtown LeClaire, next to the scenic Mississippi River. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with residential-only traffic but is conveniently located less than a mile from I 235/Interstate 80 MixMaster and ten minutes from downtown DSM. Thank you for looking at Windy Pines Suite. This spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite has a large kitchen/living room; and is perfect for travelers. It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.
