My place is walking distance to a park and bus stop. Lots of sidewalks, in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat and downtown. University, clinics & hospital nearby. Coralville 15 minutes away from my house, easy access to I-80. Easy check in with a code set up for each guest, through the front door. There’s plenty of space in the driveway for guests to park their car.

This room is 1.5 miles away from the University of Iowa and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. It does have a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. Free parking on the street in front of the home. In unit washer and dryer. Access to kitchen supplies, dedicated kitchen and pantry space if staying for any amount of time. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
