Three bedrooms feature one queen, and 3 full beds, sleeping up to 8. Two may also sleep on the available queen air mattress. Hardwood floors, fenced-in back yard with deck and grill, small full kitchen. Dining table seats 6. Nice SmartTV with Netflix and access to internet apps and Samsung FreeTv. No smoking, please. One bathroom on ground floor.

We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to Kinnick Stadium, Carver Hawkeye Arena, and the Hospital. Great for a weekend stay or a long term rental. Top floor unit down the hall from the rooftop patio with a great view! Our Pretty Suite is an adorable getaway located in the quaint town of Swisher (near airport). A historical building remodeled as a pretty little honeymoon or bridal suite, the space is suitable for bridal parties, honeymooning, or girls' getaways. The suite sleeps 7-8 guests, includes a full kitchen and a romantic jacuzzi jet tub. You’ll love walking to the local coffee shop for a homemade pastry or staying in our dreamy retreat sipping an espresso.
