The apartment is quietly located on the mountain in the best residential location with distant views over Basel and Lörrach. In 5 minutes you can reach the shops in the village or relax in the forest. In another 5 minutes on the S-Bahn to Lörrach or Basel. The apartment is brand new with private outdoor seating in the garden. You live on almost 110 square meters with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a storage room with washing machine, an open kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. You will definitely feel comfortable.

A bright room awaits you with a kitchenette and bathroom. Via a relatively steep staircase you can reach the sleeping gallery (bed 140x200 cm). The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building (without elevator) in a quiet residential area on the outskirts. It is a 12-minute walk to the S-Bahn (Lörrach-Stetten stop), drive to Basel from there in 10 minutes. Coffee and tea are provided for free. A mandatory tourist fee of 80C/pers/day (free use of public transport) will be paid on site.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away.
