Welcome to a bright apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping gallery (stairs, bed 140 x 200 cm). It is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building (without elevator) in a quiet residential area on the outskirts, parking right in front of the house. It is a 12-15 minute walk to the S-Bahn (suburban train) (Lörrach-Stetten stop), a ride to Basel from there in 8 minutes. Coffee and tea are provided for free. A mandatory tourist tax of 80 cents/person/day (free use of public transport) is paid on site.

Above Lörrach, with good public transport connections, a newly renovated, 62 sqm apartment awaits you on the ground floor of our house. Two large rooms (double bed, single bed), large kitchen and bathroom. A private entrance leads you into your realm. Enjoy wonderful sunsets on your private terrace in your Hollywood swing. Public transport in sight, in 25 minutes you are in Basel by bus and S-Bahn. Forest, climbing park and Finnenbahn in the immediate vicinity invite you to relaxing or sporting activities.

Es ist bietet einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt in Basel, Besuche im Drei-Länder-Eck oder als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Messebesuche (Art Basel). Die schöne Umgebung im Grünen ladet zum Erholen, Wandern und Biken ein 🌸🪴Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus, ist komplett ausgestattet, möbeliert und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.

Das helle, ruhige Studio (ca. 25qm), ausgerichtet für 1-2 Personen, verfügt über eine anspruchsvolle Ausstattung. Es liegt in Südhanglage mit Blick auf Garten, Wald und Wiesen. Der private Zugang zum Studio erfolgt über 13 Aussentreppenstufen durch den Garten. Zum Studio gehört auch eine kleine Garten-Terrasse gegen Westen gerichtet, mit Markise und Sitzgelegenheit. Parkmöglichkeit bietet sich direkt am Haus. Die Gastgeber, mit ihren beiden Katzen Maya und Negrita wohnen im Haus .

in the district Hüsingen in the middle of the village, next to the old village well, stands our stylishly converted farmhouse dating from 1788, situated next to a horse paddock, not far from the forest. The attic is an oasis of peace. A large wild garden with apple trees belongs to the property and can be used for a romantic campfire, depending on the season. S-Bahn connection can be reached in 5 min by car. A baby cot can be added, children must be very careful with the steps.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. By train, you can reach the heart of Basel in 15 minutes.

The cozy apartment with a double bed, sofa and desk is located in the middle of the trade fair area in a quiet backyard. From here it is a 5-minute walk to the Messe Basel, the Musical Theater, or the Badischer Bahnhof. Bus line 30 to downtown stops just around the corner. Our guests also have an Apple computer, a large TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 and super fast Wi-Fi. No kitchen, no balcony and no kettle available.
