NO PETS ALLOWED. This private condo is a short walk to Lake Tahoe via the Hyatt Regency and their restaurants. Only five minutes from golfing, tennis, and skiing. This is a great condo in a great location. From the complex you can walk to the lake or walk to Starbucks, grocery store, Hyatt Resort, etc. Condo has one king, one queen and two twins. Ideal for 6 or less. Two newly remodeled baths and kitchen too. Complex has outdoor pool open in the summer time and indoor jacuzzi open year round. There is a lovely large lawn out in front of the condo. Many renters like to sit on the little porch and watch their children play.

Your home away from home, very comfortable and relaxing for a peaceful visit to Lake Tahoe! Ideal for 2 couples or 4 adults and kids. Cabin is not set up for 5 or 6 individual adult guests as there are only two beds.. Cabin has been recently remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Well behaved SA and ESA's accepted with restrictions. 1.5 miles to the Lake!
