The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! This private guest suite is on the first floor/basement of our historic home, which we’ve been restoring. It has a private entrance and all the amenities of an apartment. Recently renovated, it feels fresh and modern. The freeway is easily accessible, and downtown is about 15 minutes away. Occasionally, landscaping projects are underway, but we plan around guests or notify you in advance.
