We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Apartment near the lake

Lake Constance is a 10-minute walk from here. There is a great lake and outdoor pool or a recreational area with free access and SUP rental. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, as one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs for around 260 kilometers along the lake shore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many sights around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

The apartment is located in a very quiet location outside the village near the forest. Attractive excursion destinations can be easily reached by bike, car or boat. Hagnau is 3 km away and Meersburg is 5 km away. Day trips to Switzerland and Austria are available. In our idyllic country house in a suburb of Meersburg, we offer you 2 renovated apartments. The apartment "Historique" is a 1-room apartment with a lot of charm on the first floor with a terrace and a small garden area and is suitable for two people. Meersburg can be reached in five minutes by car. Arrive completely relaxed. Thanks to our key box at the entrance door with a numerical code, you can plan your trip flexibly and check in starting at 3 pm.

Lake Constance apartment Lang Fischbach

The 60 sqm apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. In addition, a supermarket, various bakeries, a pharmacy, various restaurants, the Fischbach lakeside resort (300 m) and a beer garden are within walking distance. The flat is on the raised ground floor.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for many excursions to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings . To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry; and also the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.
