The bus stops in the direction of Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is in 5 minutes and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

The apartment is located in our farmhouse in which we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen where you can take care of yourself superbly. Parking is available. Wi-Fi access is available.

The 80 sqm 3-room holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the Old Town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse with views of the museum garden and the lake.
