With a private car parking space, a lockable bicycle storage room and air conditioning.

We rent a vacation home in a rural village. The apartment is located in our farmhouse, where we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen where you can easily take care of yourself. Parking spaces are available. Wi-Fi access is available.

The 80 sqm 3-room holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the Old Town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse with views of the museum garden and the lake.
