The area of the APP is 34 m2 + terrace 35m2 with summer kitchen. Terrace belongs only to this APP and it is covered and hidden and closed with a small door. Open view by the sea. The APP has a two rooms connected by a door, and a bathroom. The large room has a double bed, at the small room are three floor single beds. Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
