The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

We want to create a positive holiday memory for our guests. The apartment includes the entire ground floor of a renovated historic building in the middle of our small old town and yet remote and quiet. A large green courtyard invites you to relax. On the other hand, you can start cycling and hiking directly at the door. Our town is part of the Altmühltal Nature Park. There are bakeries and shops, all within walking distance.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.
