Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Cozy apartment on the Taunus

The apartment is in a very good location for the Rhine-Main area. Short distances to Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Mainz and yet quietly located on the first hills of the Taunus. The train station in Niedernhausen has an S-Bahn connection to Frankfurt and several connections by public transport to Wiesbaden. A bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment. The apartment, including toilet and bathroom, was completely renovated and newly equipped in 2023. I hope the pictures speak for themselves :-)

From the terrace you're looking at beautiful vineyards and from the panoramic swing, located in the slope behind the house, you can even see the the river rhine. By foot you reach the river in 5 minutes. The legendary loreley rock is just 5 km away. Hiking trails like the Rheinsteig and Jakobsweg start in front of your door. Enjoy your stay

Poets' corner in the gate

Small, charming double room on historic farm. Own entrance, access to garden, river (swimming area) and forest. Ideal for relaxing and hiking. The Weiltalweg, a cycling and hiking trail between Schmitten and Weilburg, leads above the house. Important: the room is not large, 12 square meters. There is TV, dishes, cutlery, a kettle, a fridge, a French press, but no kitchen! This includes a mini bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The apartment is bright, sunny, barrier-free and modernly furnished. Built in 2021. The town of Vielbach is 5 minutes from the A3. ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
