A stunning one-bedroom apartment building on the street level of a lake in the center of Sotkamo. A spacious view of the lake and Vuokatinvaara. Spaces for up to four adults and a small child. A double bed in the bedroom, a divan angle sofa in the living room, and the possibility of a children's travel crib. Modern kitchen and dining table for four. In the bedroom, counter and storage. Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist Center Ukkohalla 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.
