This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Spacious house with pool (heated from June to August), wood-fired sauna and hot tub, conservatory and lake view. The lake below the house has nice cliffs and a diving board. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Small house with four beds, 19 sqm stargazing tent with five beds. Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who's going to be in the house needs to be included in the booking. The house breathes love to nature and is set on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago that mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to a wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, grill, turntable, craft workshop, 3 sea kayaks (2 K1 and 1 K2) and 4 bicycles (all included in the rental price).

Our main house is located above and is mainly used on weekends. 4WD is recommended for the steep driveway, but it is also possible without one if you have enough momentum going up the hill.
