The property is located in beautiful surroundings close to the beach and nice opportunities for walking/running in the surrounding area. A completely unique walk is on the Thurø Reef. There's an exit from the terrace on the first floor with a view of the water that's 300 meters away. The listing has two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from the city center of Svendborg with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden is fenced off as smaller dogs may be in the garden.

Stay out of the ordinary with exclusive decor, and uniquely located on a large natural plot. The villa is from 2022 and includes, among other things, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as master-bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Lovely holiday home by Water, Sea, Beach & Safari Park

Lean back and relax in this quiet masonry villa in idyllic Bandholm - walking distance to Knuthenborg and the water as well as very child-friendly sandy beach. In this lovely area you can enjoy the holiday home of 123 sqm, which is bright, newly decorated and inviting with an airy living environment. The location is absolutely excellent in a peaceful area a few minutes walk from Bandholm Badehotel, beach and Knuthenborg Safari Park. As well as not to forget Denmark's most beautiful and oldest bathing facility.

Luxury villa in exceptional city centre location

Stay out of the ordinary with upscale decor and perfect location in the center of the city. The villa has been thoroughly renovated in 2021 and includes a kitchen, three large living spaces, wine cellar, table tennis and gym. It is also a large utility room and children's playroom. The garden is closed and equipped with garden games, trampoline as well as furnished lounge terrace of 50 sqm. Free access to public pool at Odense Havnebad (1.5 km walk). Netflix, TV2 Play. Caution around the use of furniture.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It features sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot of land including old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We ourselves use the house occasionally and have furnished it as we think fit the house spirit, with some things dating back to our grandparents' time.

There is a small new kitchen with oven, hot plate, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker (free capsules). There is free access to the garden, gas grill, simple outdoor kitchen and the lakes. Fishing license can be purchased online for 50 kr. Located in scenic surroundings between 2 lakes, close to Odense.

A spacious cozy villa (5 BHK) for short/long stay

Probably, it is not the sexiest house in the town, but it offers you lot of space and a cozy stay for a small/large family or for a group upto 6 persons. Ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Idyllic house with sea view and own beach plot

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Ærø - Large house, close to beach, town & harbor

Charming house in a great location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Room for more if some of the guests are smaller children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. Walk distance to shopping, ferry, and free bus that connects the island.

The house "No. 1" will be for you, with your own and a shared patio. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are on the 1st floor.
