Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Enjoy the peace, the view, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub or go on an adventure with the canoe into the polder. The Meadow Cottage feels like a secluded private paradise, but is surprisingly centrally located in North Holland. Whether you want to cycle, hike, fish, birdwatch, explore villages or just do nothing at all. This is the place where you catch your breath.

In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.
