Fully newly-built apartment in the villa! Sleeps 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

The cottage has two patios and parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers an unbeatable tranquility with birdsong, bathing lakes and nature reserves around the corner. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Noise may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7am-4pm) No work will take place in mid-July

Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
