Cozy apartment with sea and beach view

2-room apartment with sea view from the bedroom and living room, 50 m from the beach, ideally located, in the city center of the seaside resort of Houlgate. You will appreciate the immediate proximity of shops, restaurants in the markets,the port of Dives with its fish market accessible on foot, casino, cinema as well as transport...bus (bus station is 400 M AWAY) . Lots of entertainment in summer. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator from an old hotel from the 1950s.

Very nice bright apartment, completely renovated, with beautiful views of the sea, the Dives estuary and the Cabourg cape. All comfort and perfectly equipped, you will enjoy with family or friends a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen and nice sitting area. 2 Pretty bedrooms: 1 king size bed/bunk beds for children (90 x 175). Pillows and duvets provided with protection. Extra linens and towels on request (not included in the price).
