It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

At the end of the cottage is an outdoor kitchen with cold water, oven and stove. A lovely terrace. A little further away, there is a toilet building with a toilet and sink with cold water. No bath. Bed linen, linens and towels are included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased. Within walking distance is Himmerland Football Golf and open garden by appointment. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with stunning views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with great views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of blah "cinema" cozy with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. It has a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

25 min from Aarhus city center, this apartment is located on a disused farm. In it you will be close to the city, on the beach, on Djurs summerland and many other sights here in Midtjylland. When you drive into the courtyard, you will see the cozy courtyard and orangery with a wood-burning stove that you can enjoy and the children can play in the large garden.
