Welcome to our central location in Rülzheim in the heart of the South Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterised above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer, as well as its proximity to Alsace, the Wine Route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. The local recreation area is also home to the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Black Forest eco-work house: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

My rooms have been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished. I hope to welcome guests who appreciate their beauty. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.

Our cozy apartment "hevianna" (approx. 70 square meters) is located in a quiet location in the old town in Leopoldshafen and close to the KIT Campus Nord. It combines the charm of an old half-timbered house with the amenities of a modern apartment (such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and induction cooktop). We look forward to hosting you and offering you a wonderful stay and time to relax.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
