Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. You are centrally located between the cozy and atmospheric towns of Alkmaar, Hoorn and Schagen. Within 20 km you are at the sea, but also at the IJsselmeer. Best by own wheels.

Gouwe Land is a beautiful holiday home of 100 square meters on the ground floor and has a wooden floor. Adjacent to the living room is a large open kitchen. The large dining table invites you to work, newspapers, talk and sit down. In the hallway you will find a separate toilet and a bedroom for three people. At the end of the corridor there is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining the spacious bathroom. The home has a separate room with washing machine, WIFI, TV and new dishwasher.

The lodge is located approximately 10 km from the beach and you can also make many nice trips. Visit Enkhuizen, the cheese market in Alkmaar or take the train to Amsterdam.
