The spacious and bright apartment in the attic (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a cot for 2 children. The air-conditioned living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. Our garden with pool (season mid-May-September) is available for shared use. Trampoline, large meadow for playing soccer, fire bowl and grill are available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (about 20 km).

Castle (13th century) with moat with kitchen garden dry stone walls, pond, 60 vines, figs, historical fruit varieties, salads, own beekeeping. 4 double rooms (each with shower and toilet). Castle chapel and event rooms can also be rented. Sofa bed or crib on request. Regensburg can be reached in 20 minutes. Hiking from the front door. On the bike-hiking trail. A wonderful place to write the unfinished novel or for a workation. Owners live on the top floor.

The spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor. The parking spaces on the street are optimal. Bicycles can be stored in a locked area. The apartment offers 1 bedroom (15 sqm) 1, bathroom (12 sqm) and 1 living-dining-kitchen area. (25 sqm) The local recreation area is diverse.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

Cozy little apartment right on the beautiful Naabtal bike path in Bubach an der Naab with balcony. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities for cycling, diving, hiking, fishing and water sports in the nearby lakes. 10 minutes by car to Lake Steinberg, 18 minutes by car to Lake Murn. Shopping is 6 minutes by car to the nearest town.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
