A clean, well-equipped and spacious (61 m2) apartment with its own sauna and glazed terrace in the cultural quarter. Good WIFI and smart TV. Dedicated parking space in a warm garage with elevator access. Peaceful house and good playground in the courtyard of the house. Right next door are the Museum of Visual Art Malva and restaurants Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa and Ant Brew. Walking distance to the market, theater, Sibelius House, Trio and Syke shopping centers, the harbor, the fair and the sports stadium.

This peaceful place offers all the amenities and is located on a private beach. According to guests, the place is a fairy tale! Take a steam bath in the wooden sauna and cool off on the terrace while looking at the stunning scenery or retreat to the sofa to read your favorite book in silence. 🫶🏼 There is space in the yard and on the beach to play. Relax with the family in this peaceful lodge in the great outdoors. Practical open layout, a large yard protected from the eyes of the neighbors, lots of terrace and 1 hot tub. Yard with trampoline. Beautiful park Huovilan puisto is nearby and the nearest beach Valkjärvi about 5 km away. Location along IRONMAN 70.3 Lahti bike route. This house is our home with some personal staff so, we are looking for responsible guests.
