The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Chalupa Zlaté Písky - Bohemian Switzerland

Wellness Chalupa Zlaté Písky is located in the village of Nové Křečany near Rumburk in the locality of Czech Switzerland. The beautiful landscape is an ideal place to relax and recharge, especially for families with children or couples. The building is partially fenced. The unfenced part consists of its own pond suitable for swimming and a forest. The size of the plot of 10000m² guarantees complete privacy and peace. The stay includes the possibility of using a hot tub or Finnish sauna (for a fee!)

To Rauenstein FW 2 (attic floor)

There are 2 holiday homes on our property, which is approximately 2,000 m² in size. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The holiday home is cosy and quiet. All rooms have windows. There is a car parking space on the property for the FW. There are parking spaces nearby for any additional cars or vans. The S-Bahn station, the ferry terminal and the outdoor swimming pool are about 500 m away. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface area. The bathroom and living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our holiday home is located in the centre of the Easter Mountains. Renowned destinations can be reached by car in a short time. The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
