All rooms have windows. There is a car parking space on the property for the FW. There are parking spaces nearby for any additional cars or vans. The S-Bahn station, the ferry terminal and the outdoor swimming pool are about 500 m away. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.

The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home.
