We offer an apartment of about 40 square meters. In the house there is another apartment for up to 4 people and a large apartment on the upper floor. (Possible running noises) Located directly on the "Höhenflug" hiking trail, the "Wilde Wiese" ski resort is also in the immediate vicinity. The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Outdoor area for everyone.

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Enjoy nature in an apple tree house and shepherd's wagon

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person
