Fantastic mountain idyll, magnificent views of Hohe Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,..., all day sun, a sensational balcony. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of Music" was shot here... bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, amenities cozy and traditional. With solar and wood heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet is available, but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, Bullerbü on the mountains!

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Our house is located in the centre of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the ski resort Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are a 5-minute walk away. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash on arrival. This will be increased to €3.90 in November 2025.
