Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Schloss Adelsberg - Vogthaus

Gegenüber vom Schloss Adophsbühl steht das Vogthaus. Es besteht aus 4 einzelnen Wohnungen mit insgesamt 5 Zimmern, die auch einzeln gemietet werden können. Alle Räume sind hell, freundlich und frisch renoviert. Von den Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Turm, Hof und Schloss. Die Tische im Hof laden im Sommer zum Entspannen oder zu einem idylischen Frühstück im Grünen ein. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen Sandkasten. Das Ensemble liegt im Herzen der Urlaubsregion Main-Spessart.

Das renovierte Fachwerkhaus liegt im Maintal am Ortsrand von Retzbach, am Fuße der Benediktushöhe. Von hier aus können Sie Rad- und Wandertouren im Retztal oder in den Weinbergen unternehmen. Würzburg ist in 12 Minuten per Bahn erreichbar und bietet zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulinarische Angebote. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. In 300 Metern Entfernung liegt die Wallfahrtskirche „Maria im grünen Tal“ mit dem Marienbrünnlein und einem Gesundheitsgarten.

Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The apartment is on the first floor and has a fridge without freezer, double stovetop, double bed (not separable), underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink, as well as towels, bed linens, coffee pod machine and dishes. You'll stay with a wine-growing family with a wine bar.

The bedroom offers a cozy 140 bed as well as an equally wide fold-out sofa bed if needed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Apartment is located right on the edge of the forest - ideal for relaxing walks to Karlsburg or Karlstadter city center.
