The floor area is approximately 90 square meters. From the light-flooded living area, you can reach the sleeping level via a staircase. The bed is (2 x 1.6) m. The building was completely renovated in 2019 and supplemented by a spacious bathroom. The "garden house" includes an approx. 40 sqm terrace with a wide view of the moor.

Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, so the highway exit is easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The proximity to the Stuivenwald, which is partly already part of Hamburg, gives the place its rural character.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
