The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. The new building has 72 m² of living space with a dining room, a well-equipped open kitchen (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle), a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It thus sleeps 4 people. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
