The quiet attic apartment is wonderfully located in the middle of the Hegau volcanic landscape and is the ideal starting point for many leisure activities and excursions. Shops for everyday needs are in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is well equipped and a parking space is available.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. The modern vacation apartment "Schmuckstückchen" in the heart of the Hegau volcanic landscape, located in Hilzingen, offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The new building has 72 m² of living space with a dining room, a well-equipped open kitchen (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle), a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It thus sleeps 4 people. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.
