We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

The accommodation is located in the wine metropolis of Laumersheim surrounded by idyllic vineyards with the excellent wineries Knipser, Phillip Kuhn and Mario Zelt. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling around the beautiful Palatinate Forest. Activities: Soccerpark, medieval Freinsheim, spa town of Bad Dürkheim, Hambach Castle and much more.

Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. The beautiful wine village of Bissersheim has very special charm & in just 4 km march through the magnificent vineyards welcomes you, that beautiful and historic wine village of Freinsheim. Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.

A gem in the wine region

Our apartment is new. It has a fully equipped small kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet, Mediterranean-style backyard. In summer there is a seating area and a fireplace. Bikes can be stored in the yard or in our bicycle workshop. There are also tools for possible repairs and a power connection for e-bikes. We carry out wine tastings on request and by appointment. Breakfast is available on request, including vegan.

We are glad to welcome you in our holiday flat „Alte Scheune“ in Laumersheim. Our modern, cosy holiday flat was completed in 2016 and is located in the wine & high-quality fruits village of Laumersheim. Laumersheim belongs to the administrative district of Bad Dürkheim and thereby is located in the midst of the holiday region Leininger Land.
