Apartment by the pool - the green oasis in Würzburg

Are you looking for a quiet accommodation, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live close to the city centre? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest-facing terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for barbecuing. With the bus lines 14, 114 and 214, you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Gästeapartment Altertheim

The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. The A81-Gerchsheim federal highway is only 4 km away and the A3-Kist is about 8 km away. In the village there is a bakery and butcher shop, as well as an organic farm shop (only open on weekdays) and an ATM. A few kilometers away there are other grocery stores and gas stations in neighboring towns

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Quietly relax in the countryside

Lean back & relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long day of sightseeing in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Mainradweg. You can get a sprinkling from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italians, Indians or Turks spoil you on site.

When booking for three people or more, a second bedroom and bathroom on full 85 square meters are available to you. Ceiling fans provide a comfortable climate, so that our guests also spend a pleasant stay in summer temperatures. A large covered balcony invites you to a nightcap with a view of the Main Valley.

Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields. We are happy to help with all kinds of information about Würzburg and the wonderful surroundings.
