The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. Der Schlafbereich befindet sich im Schlafloft über dem Wohnraum und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Große Fenster sorgen für einen Ausblick ins Grüne. Eine kleine überdachte Terrasse ergänzt den Innenraum und bietet Platz zum Verweilen im Freien.

Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

The 50 m² cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with large shower. We have sleeping places sleeps max 5 pers. + Baby. In one bedroom there is 1 double bed (1.8m wide) and in the other 1 bunk bed (1.2m wide) for 2 pers. and 1 single bed (90 cm wide). One bedroom with toys. Both have shutters. All windows have fly screens. In the garden is a trampoline, a barbecue and various seating.

It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
