Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Beautiful granny apartment in a modern house in the forest

Hi, I've been an AirBnb fan for some time and have only had good experiences. So, I also offer this apartment on AirBnb. If you want to go to the BVB game, we can get you tickets if necessary. The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.

Public transport is easily accessible. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, rain shower, washing machine, dryer, towel warmer and hairdryer, couch, underfloor heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, sun terrace.

For information about public transport, download the VRR app to the Mobile To get into the apartment you cross our hallway where you can also meet other guests and us. Behind the door you are very private. For those interested, I offer city tours of Witten against donation. If you arrive by train, it is easier. Parking is almost impossible downtown.
