Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue area with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house is another apartment upstairs. Parking is free on the street.

In meinem Wohnhaus befindet sich diese separate Wohnung im 1. Stock. Sie bietet Platz für 3 Personen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, zum Marktplatz sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg (zurück 10 Minuten, da es bergauf geht!!!!!).
