Less than 1 mile from Bike Park Wales, and 3 miles from Merthyr Tydfil, 9 miles from Brecon Beacons and 22 miles from Cardiff, with the benefit of private parking for 2 vehicles and ample further parking opposite. Also a safe secure alarmed bike shed, suitable for 5 large bikes, covered by CCTV, with a metered heater. AC is pay as you go, which covers the whole cottage.

It also boost a downstairs shower room and toliet along with secure bike storage. Back garden to relax and ample off road parking for 3 or 4 vehicles. The upstairs has accomadation for 8 guest with a 1 x double room and 2 x 2 single rooms, and the final bedroom with a double bed and single bed. Upstairs toilet and shower room.
