The house consists of a living room and a first floor with room for a total of 6 people. In addition, the house has a newly built annex with sleeping places for 2 more people. From both the house and the garden, guests can enjoy views of Kattegat and Sweden. The garden is located so that there are no glimpses from neighbors, and there are also dog fences. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in our cozy summerhouse just 400 meters from Dronningmølle beach, which is a wonderful long, family-friendly beach. On the 70 m2 wooden terrace of the house, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with room for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offers cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops on the harbor and much more.

The annex sits at the back of our garden, with a private entrance and terrace with outdoor furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. The annex is 100 m from one of North Zealand's best beaches and Espergærde harbour, where you almost experience the southern atmosphere with cozy cafes and ice houses. 100 m to the other side is the forest. We have a friendly little dog that also uses the garden from time to time.

Amazing little house suitable from 6-8 people. Access to lovely garden with large terrace with sun from morning to evening, outdoor wilderness bath and sauna. 2 km to hamlets Kronborg, nice sandy beach as well as the shipyard food market and 45 min by train to Copenhagen. 3 bedrooms with double bed, bunk bed and a sofa bed (single). In addition to two sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room (open to the kitchen) as well as two sleeping places in the basement. Access to the washer and dryer.

Both in the courtyard, under the covered terrace or in the shelter cozy the area that just calls for a cozy hour and a nap. There are three bedrooms, one of which is located in a newly built annex, an older kitchen, a lovely bright living room (with a sofa bed) as well as a bathroom. We also use the summerhouse ourselves, so it is prevalent.
