Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

A traditional patisserie on the ground floor that is open six days a week. The apartment has a large balcony in all directions with sun from morning to night. Washing machine, bathtub and kitchen with everything that might be needed for cooking. Excellent closet storage. Cleaning fee for each trip and company of 400SEK applies in the cost.

On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

There is outdoor furniture and the possibility to barbecue. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 minutes from the E6 highway. Approximately 10 km to the nearest city, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
