We took over the bungalow in April 2025 and renovated it with loving attention to detail to create a place for us and our guests to feel good. Situated on the child-friendly Kijkduinpark, with an indoor pool, 600 meters from the beach, 1 km via the dune to the cozy boulevard of Kijkduin, 9 km to the center of The Hague, beautiful cycling routes to Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Modernly furnished studio with a comfortable King size Boxspring and a Sunny private terrace. Beach, forest, park, shops (Lidl, bakery etc.) and Boulevard at walking distance. We only rent one room. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast Wifi. Roller shutter and screens. Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

The house is in a beautiful place on the water. In Hellevoetsluis, you can see and experience everything. It is also a great base for visiting Rotterdam and/or the Zeeland island. You'll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. My place is suitable for couples and families (with children); there is also good fishing water in Hellevoetsluis and the surrounding area. Business rental for a maximum of 3 people/3 bedrooms. Pool closed until January 2023.
