Note: The park is still partly under construction, but our cottage is completely finished and ready to provide you with a wonderful stay.

For the ultimate night's sleep, you will sleep on the best hotel-quality box springs from Van der Valk. WEEKEND SPECIAL: Check out on Sunday free of charge and extra late, until 6:00 p.m.

Nice place on the edge of the forest and near the village!

Nice place on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! In the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2-p bed and sleeping loft with 2 single beds above the kitchen. The center is at walking distance. But we also live wonderfully freely, right on the forest and the Pieterpad. April 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, we cannot allow permanent residence.

In the middle of nature lies the Zunasche Heide, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug and on the Marskramerpad (stage 5), this picturesque cottage. The cottage is right next to the heath area where countless bird species can be admired. The towns of Nijverdal and Rijssen are within 4 km. The Regge is nearby where a boat can be rented. The cottage is located on a yard and overlooks meadows and horses. An ideal place for athletes and nature lovers who are guaranteed privacy.

This cozy chalet, located near the village of Den Ham, is cozily furnished and has fast fiber optic internet. Within 5 minutes you can walk from the park to the woods. The surrounding meadows offer stunning views, ideal for hiking and biking enthusiasts. The spacious terrace offers a lot of privacy and is perfect to eat outside or enjoy the sunshine. The large, fenced garden makes it ideal for pet owners; pets are welcome and can safely run around in the garden.

Royal Resort Cosy Cabin met hottub

Deze Cosy Cabin gelegen in het bos heeft net dat tikkeltje extra luxe. Hier kan je heerlijk genieten en vluchten van de dagelijkse drukte. Wat dacht je van heerlijk relaxen ik je eigen luxe hottub? Je wordt omringd door het geluid van vogels, ritselende bladeren en totale rust. Dichter bij de natuur kan haast niet. Natuurlijk is je hond hier ook welkom, want de tuin is volledig afgezet. Het park is nog in aanbouw. Je kunt daar enige hinder van ondervinden.

De Schuilstal

A beautiful wooden holiday home in the outskirts of Hellendoorn, Ommen, Lemele. Near Pieterpad, Lemelerberg, Sallandse Heuvelrug, Reggedal. Various hiking and cycling routes. Especially for horse lovers, you can soon bring your own horse on holiday. There are 2 additional horse boxes available + outside riding box + jumps, paddock and exit possibilities. If you want to bring your horse, this can be discussed Our 4 horses are next to the holiday home.

The Assenhoekje offers space & tranquility

The Assenhoekje is in the middle of the meadows and is located on a dead end. It offers you fantastic views and gives you the necessary peace of mind! The house has room for 5 people. Downstairs you will find the living room and kitchen with garden doors to your private terrace. You will also find an extra bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom incl. toilet (see photos)
