Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Old bakehouse at the Veluwe

This picturesque, complete and carefully renovated old bakehouse (from around 1850) is a 15-minute walk from Heerder beach, with its own entrance and private terrace. The B&B is open from May 2019. The grounds are surrounded by meadows with cows and horses that guard the tranquility of this special place. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful little stream with a bridge which gives the whole a fairy-tale image.
